Cancellation policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be forfeit your 20% deposit.  

WEATHER
100% refunded due to dangerous weather conditions (thunderstorm, Lightning.) Paramount Water Sports will reach out to you if we have to suspend operations due to weather conditions.

 

No-Shows:
If you are a no-show, you will have to pay the total amount of the reservation. 

Must be On Time: 

You are responsible for being on time for your appointment.

You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation.   

When you book your reservation, you will be sent a link that gives exact directions to our location, where to park your vehicle and where to go after you park to arrive at the dock.
Therefore, Paramount Water Sports does not accept reasons or excuses for not being on time including but not limited to: 
- "bad traffic"
- "we were here but didn't know where to go"
- " I was here but my friend is the one running late"
- "I called"

Must be Prepared:

As stated in the Requirements page of our website, per the State of Florida, if born after January 1, 1988 and do not already have a valid Boaters License, you are required to take the Temporary Boaters Exam.
This exam can only be done online and must be done prior to your scheduled appointment time. Therefore, Paramount Water Sports is not responsible for you or anyone in you or party not having the exam completed by the start or the appointment time.

Paramount Water Sports is not responsible and does not accept any reasons or excuses as to why the exam was not completed including but not limited to:
- "My friend took the exam and I was watching him/her do it so I figured that would mean I would be okay"
- "I have a driver's license, I thought that would be good enough"
- "I did not know the answers to the questions because nobody ever taught me"
- "it said boaters exam, not jet ski exam"

If you show up not prepared, you will be considered a No-Show and will forfeit the 20% deposit. No Refunds. 

 

Participants and their guests are personally responsible for damage or theft of their assigned Sea Doo, PFD’s and any other equipment regardless of fault. 

You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement and additional waiver given and signed at business location, including reimbursement to Paramount Water Sports, LLC for any loss or damage to equipment.
